At La Ventana, our staff is here 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have regarding a referral or our comprehensive treatment programs - we are here to help!

• Contact our Admissions Counselor
  When you call, our admissions counselor can answer any questions you have about our treatment programs at La Ventana (ie: fees, insurance, housing or our program structure). If our program is suitable to your needs then the admissions counselor will set up an assessment with our Clinical Director, who will then make clinical recommendations for how to proceed.

  We also have professional relationships with top inpatient programs. If you need a higher level of care, a referral can be made that best suits your needs.

• Conduct free assessment with our Clinical Director
  The Clinical Assessment allows our Clinical Director to speak with you one-on-one to assess your unique situation and see how we can aid you in the recovery process. You will also be able to meet our staff and tour the facility.

  Note: We require all participants in our programs to be medically stable at the time of admission. We do not accept patients that are acute or in need of hospitalization.

• Make financial arrangements
  La Ventana’s Insurance Specialist will then speak with your insurance company to determine if full or partial coverage will be provided for your treatment. La Ventana also offers several financing options for those clients whose insurance does not cover full payment or who do not have insurance. If there is not insurance coverage , our fees are quite reasonable. We also partner with Serenity Loans, which offers another payment alternative. • Check for medical stability
  To be admitted you must be medically cleared. We will check for medical clearance and require a physical exam and a medical history from a physician.

• Meet with your admissions counselor and start the program
  When you meet your admissions counselor, you will proceed to fill out any additional admit paperwork and start the program.
